The Monthly Reset is an intimate sound bowl healing experience designed to help your nervous system release what it's been quietly carrying - without effort, analysis, or having to explain yourself to anyone.
Sessions will start with 15 minutes of quiet intention setting and coming together.
After, for 60 minutes, crystal singing bowls fill the room with intentional frequency and vibration while you simply receive. ✨
Then we'll take 15 minutes to ease back into the world together - gently, unhurried, over soft conversation.
You'll leave lighter than when you walked in. Most people can't quite explain why. That's okay. You don't have to.
What to expect:
- 60 minutes of live crystal singing bowl healing
- Intimate indoor setting north of Charlotte, NC
- Maximum 8 guests - intentionally small, intentionally held
What to bring:
- Yoga mat to lie on
- Journal (optional for intention setting)
- Any layers or props that help you feel comfortable
- An open mind and nothing to prove
Investment: $30 / $40 / $50- pay what you can
