About this Event
The Monday System: Practical AI Workflow Lab Kansas City
Welcome to The Monday System, a practical AI workshop for professionals who want to stop experimenting with disconnected prompts and start building repeatable ways of working.
This is not an AI trends presentation.
Participants will work directly with commonly available AI tools and apply them to everyday professional tasks such as summarizing information, preparing communications, organizing research, processing meeting notes, and creating repeatable first-draft systems.
The workshop is built around a simple principle:
A useful AI workflow should be clear enough to repeat, review, improve, and hand to someone else.
During the Workshop, Participants Will Build
1. Meeting-to-Action Workflow
Turn notes or a meeting transcript into:
- Key decisions
- Action items
- Owners
- Deadlines
- Follow-up communication
- Human review checklist
2. Research-to-Brief Workflow
Turn a collection of approved source material into:
- Structured summary
- Key findings
- Open questions
- Decision points
- Source-verification checklist
- Reusable briefing format
3. Personal Workday Workflow
Each participant selects one recurring professional task and builds a repeatable AI-assisted process around it.
Examples may include:
- Weekly status updates
- Client follow-up preparation
- Proposal drafting
- Internal documentation
- Content repurposing
- Project summaries
- FAQ drafting
- Planning documents
- Routine email preparation
Each Participant Leaves With
- Three completed workflow templates
- Reusable prompt structures
- Human-review checklist
- Workflow testing worksheet
- Error and verification checklist
- 30-day AI workflow tracker
- Digital post-event resource pack
The workshop emphasizes supervised AI use.
Participants remain responsible for reviewing outputs before anything is sent, published, submitted, or used for a professional decision.
Data & Privacy Guidelines
Participants should not enter confidential company information, customer records, passwords, financial credentials, protected personal information, regulated data, or proprietary material into workshop exercises.
Redacted, anonymized, synthetic, or non-sensitive examples should be used instead.
The workshop does not promise a specific productivity gain, business result, financial outcome, or level of automation.
The objective is to help participants build practical systems they can evaluate in their own work environment.
No coding experience is required.
Participants should bring a laptop, charging cable, and access to at least one general-purpose AI assistant they are comfortable using.
