Food Is Medicine brings together nutrition and nutrition education within healthcare to help prevent and manage diet-related health conditions. With growing momentum across Minnesota, Open Arms of Minnesota and Fairview, alongside our sponsors, are hosting the inaugural Minnesota Food Is Medicine Summit on October 29, 2026. At this health summit, 250 leaders from various sectors will converge to share insights, strengthen collaborations, and advance Food Is Medicine solutions aimed at improving health outcomes throughout Minnesota.
