The Ministry of Not Yet is a practical, interactive half-day workshop for people leading change.
You’ll meet ten familiar characters that can show up during uncertainty and change, each revealing a different strength that may sit beneath the response.
Through real situations, practical exercises and conversations, you’ll learn how to:
- Spot what’s really getting in the way - recognise what may be driving hesitation, pushback or delay.
- Find the value in the response - see the useful strength within it, rather than simply treating it as resistance.
- Know what to say next - have conversations that reduce defensiveness and help progress move forward.
You’ll also leave with The SPAM Framework, a simple, memorable field tool for those “what do I say now?” moments.
