We spend so much of our days caring for everyone else that it can be easy to lose sight of ourselves in the process.
The Mini Reset is a free 45-minute gathering created to give moms something they rarely receive: intentional space to pause.
As we move into a new season, we'll slow down together, reflect on where we are, and make space for what we need as we step into what's next.
Guided by The Pure Motherhood Method™, this experience will offer thoughtful reflection, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection with other mothers who understand the beauty and complexity of this season.
And we're gathering in one of Lakewood's beautiful local spaces, Three Roots & Co. 🌿
As part of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the shop before it opens to the public—a little extra time to browse, shop, and take in this special local gathering space.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a moment to breathe, this is your invitation to step out of the rush and reconnect with yourself.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You just need to come as you are.

About Your Host
Jenn Duncan, LPCC, is a perinatal mental health therapist and founder of Pure Mind Wellness.
She created The Pure Motherhood Method™, a framework designed to support women through the emotional, relational, identity, and everyday shifts of motherhood.
Through therapy, workshops, community experiences, and educational resources, Jenn is passionate about creating spaces where mothers feel seen, supported, and reminded that they were never meant to do motherhood alone.

Three Roots & Co. is a local Lakewood gift and gathering shop created around community, connection, and thoughtfully curated goods.
