• A valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) is required
• This ticket purchase is a deposit only; remaining balance is due at check-in
• Remaining balance must be paid in CASH only
• Guests must check in within the specified time frame or risk denied entry and loss of deposit
• Boat is subject to change based on availability
• Reserved times may change; guests will be notified in advance
• The company reserves the right of admission
• Guests in possession of drugs, weapons, or appearing intoxicated will be denied entry without refund
• No smoking anywhere on the boat
• No outside food or alcohol permitted
• Failure to follow safety or conduct rules may result in removal without refund
• Event duration is approximate and subject to change
• Check-in location or event location may change with prior notice

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. The Eventbrite ticket represents a reservation deposit and is non-refundable, except in the event the cruise cannot operate due to weather or operational reasons and cannot be rescheduled. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
