Our FREE Girls Athlete Workshop with professional basketball player, WNBL Champion and founder of Assist Athlete Services, Mikhaela Cann, is happening THIS SUNDAY, and we still have spots available! 🙌💪 It's not just about physical skills!
Being a great athlete is also about building confidence, handling mistakes, supporting your teammates and bouncing back when things don't go your way! Through fun, interactive activities, Mikhaela will help girls develop skills they can take into their sport and everyday life.

You don't need to play basketball to attend! Whether you're into netball, soccer, hockey, rugby, basketball or any other sport, we'd love to see you there!

🏃♀️ Session 2: Girls born 2014 & older | 12:15–1:15pm
