The Kindness Advantage
Host: Ali Carruthers-Illingworth

Info: Creating Hope Through Everyday Interactions
Hope is this year's conference theme. But where does hope come from in schools, organisations and communities?
In a world of increasing pressure, uncertainty and change, hope is rarely created by accident. It grows through everyday interactions, leadership behaviours and organisational culture.

In this engaging and thought-provoking keynote, Ali explores why kindness may be one of the most overlooked drivers of hope.

Challenging the myth that kindness is soft or incompatible with high standards, Ali reveals how kindness can strengthen trust, encourage accountability, and create environments where people and performance can flourish.

Hope + Kindness can lead to:
• Greater trust and stronger relationships
• A deeper sense of belonging and connection
• Courage to have honest conversations
• Improved wellbeing and resilience
• Higher levels of engagement and collaboration
• A renewed belief in what is possible
