Co-facilitated by Dr Sonia Malone (Women's Health GP, Tanunda Medical Centre) and Jenny O'Brien (Womens Coach Founder, Beyond Wellness Co), it's a rare combination of evidence-based medical education and practical coaching, in one warm, small-group setting.
