On Wednesday, October 28, Vacanza Romana in El Dorado Hills Town Center closes its doors to everyone but our masquerade guests and turns the dining room into an old opera house. Candlelight, emerald and gold, live classical strings, and five courses our kitchen is writing for this night alone. The menu is revealed October 21.
Come as someone else. Black tie optional, drama encouraged. No mask? We will have one waiting for you at the door.
One seating at 7:00 PM. $70 per guest, prepaid, plus tax and a 20% gratuity for our team. Add the five-pour wine pairing by Lou Dedier for $45. The whole restaurant is ours that night, so seats are limited.
