The Challenge
• 100 Crunches
• 20 Pull-Ups
• 3-Mile Run
Complete the workout at Muscle Factory USA and earn the right to call yourself “The Marine.”
Can’t make Tuesday?
Members and pass holders may complete the challenge independently on Wednesday, November 11 (Veterans Day).
How to Participate
Email [email protected] with:
• Intent to attend (Tuesday group or independent Wednesday)
• Shirt size
• Goal / notes
Independent Wednesday participants: After finishing, email your video proof + finish time to the same address.
Deadline: Submissions must be received by 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
Only participants who complete the challenge through Muscle Factory USA (group or verified independent) may claim the title “The Marine.”
