About this Event
Beacon has a distinctive mix of old and new—historic storefronts and buildings sit alongside galleries, independent shops, creative spaces, and busy sidewalks. Main Street is especially suited to a mystery hunt because there is something to notice at nearly every turn. Starting from 1 Municipal Plaza, this digital investigation sends you into Beacon's streets looking for the details that connect the case.

Your hunt instructions and digital access information will be delivered to the Eventbrite email used for your purchase. If you can't find them, check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders.
Once you receive the materials, the hunt is played from your phone while you explore. A remote host is available for check-in and assistance, but there is no in-person check-in unless the listing specifically says otherwise.
What to Expect on Main Street
Beacon itself provides much of the material for the mystery. You'll be looking beyond the obvious attractions and paying attention to the details that give the downtown its character.
Your investigation may include:
- Searching Main Street storefronts, signs, windows, and facades for specific clues
- Identifying distinctive architectural and artistic details
- Following location-based leads through Beacon's downtown blocks
- Looking for colors, symbols, numbers, lettering, or objects that match a clue
- Completing photo challenges based on real features around the route
- Solving deduction puzzles that connect separate discoveries
- Using observations from one location to unlock a later part of the mystery
Keep your eyes moving—Beacon's visual details can change from one block to the next, and the smallest feature may be the one that matters.
