Drawing on Carl Jung's insight that midlife is not a crisis to be solved, but a gateway into a whole new stage of life, author and midlife coach Nick Thorpe will guide us through four core inner archetypes/energies:
- Resistance — Understanding where you hold back or stay rooted
- Surrender — Learning when to drop the map and trust the flow
- Envisioning — Gaining clarity on the horizon ahead
- Striving — Finding the grounded momentum to take active steps
Through discussion, reflection, and a guided visual grounding exercise, you will discover which of these four energies you lean on most, which ones carry your hidden superpowers, and how to balance them on difficult days.

Nick splits his time between living by the sea in Edinburgh and exploring the land-locked Midlands.
