Mindfulness can be magical when explored together!

In this workshop, parents and children will journey through meditation stories, creative activities, and calming practices — making mindfulness fun, engaging, and easy to bring home.

In this workshop, you and your child will:

• Be introduced to the Chakra System in a child-friendly way.
• Learn how to create your own Mindfulness Box.
• Practice simple breathing techniques to relax body and mind.
• Enjoy gentle guided meditations to peaceful forests and calming beaches.
• Learn how to use a singing bowl, ocean drum and angel forks.
• Share moments of gratitude and appreciation together.
• Use imagination to create your very own Meditation Story.
• Explore feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive way.
• Practice uplifting positive affirmations.
• Learn about the rainbow of healthy foods and the joy of mindful eating
