About this Event
Ready to move, connect, and create? Join 5K Steps & Snapshots, an 8-week wellbeing project designed exclusively for men in Waltham Forest. Combining gentle walking, meaningful conversation, and smartphone photography, this programme is all about improving your mental and physical wellbeing while exploring both green spaces and urban areas across Waltham Forest.
Whether you’re looking to build a new routine, boost your mood, or see your surroundings through a fresh lens, this project offers a friendly, supportive environment to walk, talk, and focus with purpose.
What to Expect:
- Walk approximately 5,000 steps each session through a mix of parks, waterways, and vibrant urban streets.
- Take part in guided photography exercises to capture the beauty and unique character of Waltham Forest.
- Enjoy group conversations to connect with other men, share experiences, and build friendships.
- Boost your physical activity and wellbeing in a relaxed, supportive environment.
- Refreshments provided at each session.
