RECYCLED ART WORKSHOP
- Master practical studio mechanics in this 4-week creative journey. Turn stockpiled jars, cans, and containers into mysterious, tactile artifacts—just in time to gift for the holidays.
Tuesday evenings | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (plus extra studio time)
• Nov 10: Press molding and shaping
• Nov 17: Base Painting
• Nov 24: Metallic reliefs & Patinas
• Dec 01: Sealing and finalizing
- WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
• Utilizing press molds with foam clay
• Making custom relief molds with Smooth-On
• Surface prep, gesso, and chalk paints
• Highlighting with metallic waxes, color washes, and patinas.
• Tuition: $120 total (Covers all 4 weeks & baseline community materials)
