Join Athena Wellness & Physical Therapy and Vida Women’s Health for an evening at Patagonia in Old Town Alexandria as we come together for a screening of The M Factor 2: Before the Pause, followed by a panel discussion focused on women’s health.
The M Factor 2 explores the often-overlooked experiences of women navigating perimenopause and menopause, challenging the stigma and lack of education surrounding this stage of life while advocating for better, more comprehensive women's healthcare.
Following the screening, stay for a conversation with local women’s health experts as we dig deeper into the topics raised in the film, answer your questions, and discuss practical ways women can feel more informed, supported, and empowered throughout perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
