The Lymphatic Reset RitualSaturday, October 24 | 2:00–3:30 PM
90 Minutes | $55 + GST
with Kaitlin of Turn In Embodiments + Silvia of The Jungle Wellness Studio
A 90-minute ritual devoted to movement, intentional touch, release + glow.
The Lymphatic Reset Ritual brings together embodied movement and facial ritual to create space to slow down, support lymphatic flow, and intentionally turn your attention inward.
MOVE + RELEASE | WITH SILVIA
We’ll begin on the mat with a 45-minute workshop-style yoga practice led by Silvia, blending intentional movement, twisting, breathwork + fascia release to support lymphatic flow.
FACIAL EMBODIMENT | WITH KAITLIN
From the body, we turn our attention to the face.
Kaitlin will guide you through Facial Embodiment: a guided self-facial experience rooted in intentional touch, sensation and presence.
You’ll be guided step-by-step through facial massage + mindful gua sha techniques, connecting movement with breath and sensation before finishing by adorning the skin with nourishing facial products.
There’s nothing to learn beforehand and no experience necessary. Simply follow Kaitlin’s guidance and give yourself permission to slow down and be in your body.
We’ll close together with a guided meditation + candle ritual, creating space to integrate and seal the experience in intention.
Come ready to move, breathe, touch, release + glow.
All tools + products provided. No previous experience necessary.
