Robin McCoy is a nationally recognized social entrepreneur, Executive Pastry Chef, and the visionary behind Women Organizing Women, Oak Grove Culinary Creations, and Robin’s Nest Desserts & Catering. As Director of Oak Grove Culinary Creations, Robin leads a multidisciplinary team and delivers vocational culinary training and workforce development for at-risk youth and underserved populations, using food as a tool for dignity, skill-building, and economic opportunity.

Her work has been featured in Inland Empire Magazine and San Diego Voyager, and she has been recognized as part of the Makers of Visit Temecula, highlighting her leadership in culinary arts, community building, and the local marketplace. Robin carries a deep conviction to advance the Kingdom in the marketplace—helping women recognize their God-given gifts and take practical steps toward purpose, sustainability, and impact.

The Marketplace Collective is a purpose-driven gathering for women who are ready to move from prayer to practice—bringing faith, wisdom, and action together.
It builds on the heart of Coffee & Devotion, while expanding the focus to calling, mentorship, leadership, and Kingdom impact in everyday work.
