Come into our cosy world this October 23rd and enter an evening of warmth, relaxation, and a little LUSH self-care...About this Event
THIS EVENT IS HELD AT THE SWANSEA WELLBEING CENTRE Walter Road, Swansea, SA1 5PQ
Join us for a cosy evening wellness experience curated to help you slow down, release tension, and discover simple rituals to carry with you through the colder months.
Settle into a warm and inviting chair paired with a blanket provided by us as well as a hot drink to allow you to settle into the space. We're bringing cosy socks to keep our toes warm for this one!
Throughout the evening will acknowledge winter coming by honouring the deep pause of winter with a guided meditation.
We will then guide you through gentle, chair-based movments to warm you up each frosty winter morning and to wind you down each cold winter evening. We will even teach you some tummy massage techniques and touch on warming foods to keep our spirits up over a long Welsh winter!
A highlight of the evening will be our "Fireside" Self-Care Ritual where we will do a deep dive together in our circle on how to care for ourselves with sacred rituals during months of hibernation.
The evening will finish with you closing your eyes, winding down, and enjoying a neck and shoulder massage provided by Siobhan and Zoe.
Siobhan is a Swedish massage therapist and Zoe is a Zenthai Shiatsu massage therapist. Both work together at LUSH Swansea and love providing grounding wellness sessions for the community.
We honestly can't wait to see you there, whether you're a regular or coming for the first time. We create a safe and inviting space to experience wellness together.
Any questions please email [email protected] and we look forward to seeing you at one of our future events!
