We will connect, learn, and build relationships within our community. Starting in January, I hope to include a monthly guest speaker who will provide a brief presentation on a topic impacting the real estate industry.
Can’t stay for the entire lunch? No problem - come for an appetizer or a beverage. Share your cards, flyers, and socials. Come to share your wins and your concerns. Share what you offer and ask for what you need.

FIRST MEETUP ~ Intros & Planning for 2027
Location: Charley Chesapeake Chophouse & Bar, Rio Lakefront/Gaithersburg
Date: Wednesday, December 2, 2026 @ 12pm ET
Cost: Free to attend! Each attendee will be responsible for paying for own lunch.
RSVP is requested to ensure we have enough seating for everyone.
SEASONAL DONATIONS VS. GIFTING
Throughout November and December, I will be collecting for a Montgomery County, student-led organization, Lift Every Step. They are dedicated to increasing access to essential footwear by collecting and distributing new and gently used shoes to those in need throughout the DMV area. If you come to a lunch, see me at an event, or want me to pop by your office and pick up, let me know.
