There are parts of ourselves we learn to hide, judge, or silence. We carry stories about who we should be, which feelings are acceptable, and what we must keep out of sight to belong. Shadow work asks us to notice how those stories shape our choices, relationships, boundaries, and sense of self.
Living Mirror grew from my own experience of this work and the understanding that taking responsibility for myself does not require me to reject myself. We can acknowledge difficult thoughts, feelings, and patterns while choosing how we act with honesty, integrity, and care.
Returning for its second year, The Living Mirror brings together archetypal teachings, mirror practice, witchcraft, ritual, guided journeying, journaling, and daily practice. We give ourselves time to meet what emerges and bring that understanding into everyday life.
You don’t need years of witchcraft experience or previous shadow work to begin. You do need a willingness to reflect honestly and make time for the practices between gatherings.
*HOW WE BEGIN — THE FLAME & THE CAVE*
Your work begins before our November gathering.
Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive your first month’s materials: The Descent, working with the archetypes of the Flame and the Cave. These include your teaching video, workbook, and additional guidance and practices from me.
You’ll work through these materials in preparation for our November 10 deathwalking release ritual. Registering earlier gives you more time to begin the practices and sit with what comes forward.
November 10 is our first live ritual gathering. Registration closes November 9.
*THREE MONTHS OR SIX*
The first three months move through:
• The Descent: Establishing the mirror relationship, beginning daily practice, and learning to witness what emerges.
• The Illumination: Working with the Seer and the Mirror to explore truth, intuition, inherited stories, and the ways we see ourselves.
• The Winter Gate: Meeting the Cailleach through sovereignty, discernment, endings, and the wisdom of choosing what comes next.
The Winter Gate offers a meaningful completion point for those choosing the three-month journey. You may finish here or continue through the full six months, moving into deeper ritual craft, soul retrieval, integration, and rebirth.
**CHOOSE YOUR PATHWAY**
*Live Circle — In Person or Online*
Receive the monthly recordings, workbooks, rituals, and practice materials, plus facilitated circles with Amie around the New Moon. Attend at The Witch’s Hearth in Calgary or online through Google Meet.
These gatherings offer guided work, questions, shared reflection, and group support. You do not need to live in Calgary to participate.
• Hearth or AWA members: $65/month; $195 upfront for three months or $390 for six months.
• Non-members: $75/month; $225 upfront for three months or $450 for six months.
Optional one-on-one support is available at an additional cost. Details are confirmed separately.
Self-Directed — Online
Work independently with the monthly recordings, workbooks, rituals, and practice materials. This pathway offers a structured journey for those comfortable taking responsibility for their own practice and integration.
It does not include live circles or ongoing personal or group support. The one-on-one support add-on is not available with this pathway.
• Hearth or AWA members: $40/month; $120 upfront for three months or $240 for six months.
• Non-members: $50/month; $150 upfront for three months or $300 for six months.
Monthly payments apply to your selected three- or six-month journey. Participants continuing after the Winter Gate retain the same monthly rate.
Living Mirror is registered and paid for separately from Hearth membership and cannot be selected as your included monthly offering.

You can receive yours at our November 10 gathering. For those joining from elsewhere, shipping is available at an additional cost based on your location, confirmed with you before sending.

Doors open at 6:45 PM. Ritual begins at 7:30 PM.
Park in the southeast lot and enter through the south main entrance using the accessibility ramp. Google Maps may direct you toward the back bays; continue around to the east lot near Bay 120, then follow the signage to the Hearth to check in.
Online Live Circle participants will receive their Google Meet link separately.
*WHAT THE WORK ASKS OF YOU*
This is sacred work that asks for emotional honesty, self-accountability, compassion, and discernment. Your practice develops progressively, with teachings and reflections to return to between gatherings.
There is no requirement to have a dramatic experience or share everything you uncover. You retain authority over your participation and the meaning of your own experiences.
The Living Mirror is a spiritual and educational offering, not psychotherapy or a replacement for professional care.
