Join the BeeLoved team next January at this legendary spot on the Monterey coast to pause and recalibrate, breathe the fresh California sea breeze, and connect lovingly with yourself in the heart of winter.
Itinerary:
Friday January 15
- 3-5pm: Check-in and greeting in main hall
- Dinner on your own, walkable restaurants will be suggested
- 7pm Heart-Centered Yoga
Saturday January 16
- 6:45am Sunrise polar bear plunge, towels provided
- 7:15am Sunrise meditation on the beach
- 7:30am Active Yoga Practice
- 8:30am Group breakfast in main dining hall
- 10am Yoga
- 11:30am walk to Monarch Sanctuary, Point Pinos Lighthouse, and John Denver memorial with stop for lunch
- 3pm optional trip to Refuge Spa
- Dinner on your own, I'll provide walkable options
- 7pm Yoga
- 8pm BONfire with Kirtan and singalong
Sunday January 17
- 9am yoga and closing circle

About Bonnie
Born in England, raised in Sunnyvale, and seasoned by 20 years in New York City, Bonnie E. Erickson brings to the mat a lifetime of movement, mindfulness, and heart-centered teaching. After nearly two decades as a devoted student before becoming a teacher, she's now guided more than 2,500 yoga classes and is currently enrolled in Stanford's YogaX program, training in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga.
Known for her soothing voice, warm presence, and silly soul, Bon's classes leave students feeling invigorated, integrated, inspired, and joyful.
