Do you wish your clothes matched your gender and body type better? Does your wardrobe need an update? Join the LGBTQ+ Sewing Club! Learn basic sewing skills and update your clothes to match your identity and style. Not only is learning to sew a great life skill to have, but you will also be able to upcycle and restyle thrifted clothes and hand-me-downs. No prior sewing experience necessary!Bring a piece of clothing that you would like to upcycle. If you have a sewing machine or sewing needles and materials from home you want to use you are welcome to bring in and use during this session. You are also welcome to use a sewing machine in the studio. Allies are also welcome to join.
