Join CMI’s Chief Executive Officer, Ann Francke OBE CMgr CCMI, for the next installment of The Leadership Lounge with guest Fiona Dawson, President of the Chartered Management Institute.

Bringing together extraordinary leaders, The Leadership Lounge series offers engaging in-person events featuring a fireside chat with Ann and her guest, exploring how their leadership journeys have shaped their approach at the highest levels of business. Fiona brings extensive board-level experience across global organisations. She currently sits on the boards of LEGO, Marks & Spencer (Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee), Reckitt (Chair of the Remuneration Committee) and Kerry Group (Chair of the Sustainability Committee). She is also a trustee of the Social Mobility Foundation and serves as Chair of CMI.

Previously, Fiona spent over 30 years at Mars, where she was Global President, responsible for Foods, Multisales and Global Customers. Alongside her executive career, she held influential leadership roles including President of IGD, Vice President of the Food and Drink Federation, Chair of the Women’s Business Council, and adviser to UK Government departments including DfID and DEFRA.
