About this Event
Monthly Spa-Based Empowerment Series for Women Who Lead with Intention.
Hosted inside the tranquil atrium of the Dolce Vita Wellness Spa, LeadHERship Lounge™ is a monthly in-person training series designed to support your personal growth, leadership development, and overall well-being. Blending professional insight with restorative ritual, each gathering offers a space to pause, reconnect, and grow with intention. You’ll step into a calm, curated environment that feels more like a sanctuary than a seminar.
Each one and a half hour session blends meaningful discussion, guided self-reflection, and one powerful takeaway you can immediately apply to your life and leadership. With rotating monthly themes, a grounding welcome ritual, and our signature Ritual Ring™ card activity, this isn’t about sitting back and receiving—it’s about gently stepping forward into the leader you’re becoming, one insight at a time.
