About this Event
It's clear that this is not about protecting election integrity, but what is it about?
How does this help Trump? What effect does this have on the voter base?
And will any of this really take effect? Or will this be litigated for years until we can take back power in Washington?
Let's learn where things stand with two amazing legal experts and friends of the space.
_______________
Shilpi Agarwal is the legal director at the ACLU of Northern California. Her expertise spans a range of critical areas, including free speech and voting rights.
Bertrall Ross is a Professor at Berkeley Law. He teaches and writes in the areas of constitutional law, constitutional theory, and election law, to name a few.
