Step back into 1776 for a revolutionary celebration of our Nation's 250th during the Riverwalk Freedom Festival at Milford Senior Center's "Lantern Tavern".
Declaration of Celebration: By order of the Continental Congress, you are cordially summoned to celebrate liberty, loyalty & libations with a side of Shenanigans! Bring your shillings to toast the Republic!
Colonial Comforts: Feast upon Delaware Regiment Crab Cake Platters ($15), and for the wee ones 12 and under, we will offer Yankee Doodle Dog Kids Meals ($5). Lunch sales from 11am-1pm.
Tours of the 1776-2026 Mural led by Colonial Women & Wenches.
"Trunk Show" featuring members of the Sons of the American Revolution in full revolutionary uniform. 2 performances at 11am and 12pm.
The Lewes Historical Society's Sussex Shanty Singers performing at 11:30 and 12:30. Sing along and toast a glass to the Republic!
Thrift Store will be open to the public. Members get 50% off posted prices.
Quilt Raffle ticket sales. Only 200 being sold. $5 per chance. Drawing Sept 21st at Big Oyster Brewing in Milford.
Adult Rocking Horse Raffle ticket sales. $5 ea or 5 for $20. Drawing October 26th.
The Southern Delaware Street Rod Association will be in our parking lot with what we are calling "The Back to the Future" Car Show.
