The Kollective x lululemon 12 South: Bootcamp Training Experience
Training for HYROX in Nashville this December? Join The Kollective and lululemon 12 South for a morning of strength, endurance, and community.
From 8–9 AM, two instructors from The Kollective will lead a HYROX-inspired bootcamp for athletes competeing in December in store. If you arent competeing & you are down for a good time you are welcome to attend. Participants will split into separate groups and rotate between the two activities for a full hour of training designed to challenge your strength, build endurance, and get you ready for race day.
