For one night, we’re bringing together the spirit of one of Southend’s best-loved queer spaces with a new home for the community.Whether The Cliff was the backdrop to some of your favourite nights out, or you never got the chance to experience it, this one’s for you.
Expect a packed dancefloor, familiar faces, new friends, and a soundtrack of disco, house, pop, camp classics and proper floor-fillers from former Cliff resident DJ Jesse Spilla.
The Kiki is Southend’s new monthly LGBTIQA+ night at Sunrooms2, creating a space where our whole community can come together, let loose and celebrate ourselves. For this special edition, we’re getting the old Cliff crowd back together and inviting everyone else to come and be part of it too.
We already know plenty of familiar faces are coming. Now we want to know: who would you have brought to The Cliff?
Message them. Tag them. Get the group chat going.
And if you’ve only ever heard the stories, come and make some of your own.
