The Journey Within: Shed + Rebirth
A Breathwork, Reiki + Sound Healing Ceremony
There is a version of you beneath what you’ve been holding.
Beneath the overthinking.
The control.
The patterns that no longer fit.
This ceremony is an invitation to meet that version.
Through guided somatic breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and immersive sound, we will move what has been stored in the body… the emotions, the tension, the stories that haven’t had space to fully release.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating space for what is ready to shift.
Breathwork allows the body to speak in a way the mind cannot.
Reiki supports the nervous system in softening and receiving.
Sound helps integrate and ground the experience.
This is an active, embodied journey.
At times it can feel expansive, emotional, intense, or deeply peaceful.
You will be held in a safe, intentional space where your body can release at its own pace.
No prior experience is needed.
Just a willingness to show up and meet yourself.

This style of somatic breathwork is powerful and may not be suitable for everyone.
Please consult with your physician and reach out if you have any of the following:
- Pregnancy
- Cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, heart disease)
- History of stroke or seizures
- Severe asthma or respiratory conditions
- Recent surgery or physical injury
- Diagnosed psychiatric conditions (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
- Use of heavy medications that alter brain chemistry
- Any condition where intense emotional or physical release is not advised
