Rather than guiding everyone toward the same visualization, emotion, or outcome, these experiences create space for your own journey to unfold.
The steady rhythm of the shamanic drum, the gentle tones of chimes, and the layered vibrations of crystal singing bowls become the guides—creating a pathway for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and your inner experience to emerge.
As the sound and vibration move through the space, the breath may deepen and the nervous system may begin to settle. You may notice tingling, warmth, heaviness, lightness, gentle movement, or a release of physical tension.
As the mind grows quieter, you may enter a spacious, meditative, or dreamlike state. Thoughts may slow, memories or imagery may arise, or new clarity may begin to surface.
Emotion may move through in its own way—through tears, laughter, tenderness, relief, peace, or simply a feeling of having more room inside yourself.
On a deeper level, you may feel more connected to your intuition, your inner wisdom, nature, spirit, or a part of yourself that is often difficult to hear in everyday life.
You may experience profound rest. You may receive insight. You may feel very little at first and notice the effects later.
There is nothing you are required to experience and nowhere you need to get to.
The shamanic drum grounds and carries the journey. The chimes open and shift the space. The crystal singing bowls surround the body with resonance and vibration.
Together, they become the guide, while your body, mind, heart, and soul choose the journey.
We gather together, yet each person is free to receive exactly what they need.
Participants may enjoy the session seated or lying down.
For your comfort, you may wish to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bottle of water, or any other items that will help you relax. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
