A transformational journey for women who are ready to find themselves again.
Sometimes, through life’s experiences, relationships, responsibilities, and challenges, we can slowly lose sight of the woman we once were. We spend so much time being there for everyone else that somewhere along the way, we forget about ourselves.
The Journey Back to You is for women who are ready to change that. This unique, uplifting and empowering workshop is about taking the focus back to YOU, rediscovering your confidence, rebuilding your self-worth and learning to love, honour and value yourself again. It is about recognising what no longer serves you, understanding your boundaries and having the courage to put yourself first, without guilt. Together, we will explore what it really means to stand in your power and reclaim your sovereignty, trusting yourself, owning your choices and remembering that your happiness and your life belong to you.
This workshop is especially for women who may feel they have lost a part of themselves along the way; women whose confidence has been knocked, who have questioned their worth, given away their power or simply reached a point where they know something needs to change. It is also for any woman who is ready for personal growth, greater self-belief and a deeper connection with the person she truly is.
Through guidance, inspiration, reflection and empowering exercises, you will be encouraged to:
- Let go of what no longer serves you;
- Heal, grow and step back into your power;
- Rebuild confidence and self-belief;
- Recognise your worth and learn to truly love yourself;
- Create healthy boundaries and put yourself first;
- Reclaim your voice, choices and sovereignty;
- Reconnect with the woman you may have lost along the way;
- Create a life that feels aligned with YOU
This isn't about becoming somebody new. It’s about finding yourself again.
