5pm Doors No late entry. Doors will open 60 minutes before the experience starts and will close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted to respect the performers and other guests. This company does not allow late entry to their shows. We had an issue with that during this last one and I want to make sure we're doing everything we can to let our guests know.
