You can join me to pause and take a huge deep breath in the no-mans land that is Twixmas time with this gentle half day retreat. Just the soft landing we crave amongst the Christmas celebrations here is the opportunity to step away from the festive blur, the chocolate (!) and chaos to enjoy a mini reset before the New Year and commitments begin again.
We will..
gently reawaken the body with cleansing and aligning yoga (nothing too strenuous, it is still Christmas after all!).
..enjoy a refreshing crisp walk in the beautiful Suffolk countryside to shake off that festive fatigue
..or pause for reflective journalling time or a chat with your retreat friends.
..refresh with herbal teas and a healthy (ish) snack ready to
..settle into a yummy yin / restorative yoga session
..melting into a guided relaxation (yoga nidra style) to conclude this mini retreat morning.
You can then return home to enjoy the rest of your Christmas and feel ready and able to greet the coming year from a place of calm and balance.
