A two-day somatic movement intensive with Ewan Smith (CCSE, ESMT, The Soma Room - Montrose) and Katrin Neue (MA, CCSE, ESMT, SOMAdublin), working in the Thomas Hanna / Essential Somatics lineage.
Across the weekend you'll explore hands-on, guided practice to release chronic tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body's own capacity to sense and self-regulate. No prior somatic experience needed - suitable for complete beginners through to movement professionals.
