Inner Journey: Meet Your Spirit Guides
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a quiet, intentional space for connection, reflection, and inner guidance.
This 60-minute guided meditation is designed to help you relax deeply, settle into your body, and journey inward to meet and connect with your own spirit guides. Throughout the meditation, healing energy will be offered to support deeper relaxation, energetic openness, and a greater sense of connection.
You’ll be guided through grounding, relaxation, the inner journey itself, and a gentle return to awareness. Time will also be offered at the end to journal and reflect on anything you experienced, sensed, saw, or received.
No previous meditation or intuitive experience is needed. Mats, blankets, and eye covers are provided. Please bring a journal and something to write with.
