Through a guided 9D Breathwork journey, you’ll have the opportunity to explore what’s been weighing on you, loosen the grip of old patterns, and make room for a fresh perspective. We’ll close with a deeply immersive sound healing journey to help you unwind, settle in, and integrate the experience.
