the Human Element Breakfast // People & Talent Edition

An intimate morning for HR professionals and team leaders who want to talk honestly about what’s changing in how we hire, grow and keep people, and what technology can’t solve for us.

Fireside chat: Timo Buetefisch (Cooltra) × Damiana Casile (Dow Jones)

We open with a conversation between , founder and CEO of Cooltra, and , People Business Partners at Dow Jones.

Timo has spent almost 20 years building Cooltra from one idea in Barcelona into a European company. He’ll share first-hand what growing a team really takes: the people decisions that shaped the company, the challenges of bringing AI into the organization, and where he sees hiring, retention and the shape of teams heading next.

Discussion Coffee Tables

After the fireside, you can join a small table: one host, one real challenge facing HR and team leaders today, and only six seats.

These aren’t the usual discussion tables. Our hosts come from very different worlds: from L&D to anthropology and humanities experts, Gen Z specialist and more.

Each brings a different lens on the same question: what makes work more human? At the end, every host shares three takeaways with the whole room.

Joining a table is optional. If you’d rather stay for coffee and networking, you’re very welcome to.
