ABOUT THE COURSE, WHY WOULD YOU COME?Do you feel a bit lonely? Does the thought of talking to new people fill you with anxiety or discomfort? Wanting to meet others? This free course may be just for you. You will build your understanding about why many of us find it difficult to meet others, learn tips and new skills, and practice little by little with others in the small group.
Facilitated by Kylie Fergusen, a mental health clinician, lecturer and social worker with over 30 years' experience helping people who feel these kinds of discomfort or challenge in their lives. Above everything else, Kylie will ensure the sessions feel kind, comfortable and everyone has a bit of fun also.
Run all around SA, this course has made positive impacts in many peoples lives and is brought to the Blackwood Hills communities through funding provided by the City of Mitcham.
You are encouraged to be brave, take that first step and come along - we are sure you won't look back 🙂

Over four weeks between October 16th and November 6th every Friday for 2 hours 10am - 12pm.
