About this Event
The Homeownership Conversation Is Back
What questions do you have about buying, owning, refinancing, or selling a home?
Join Lonnie Horne, The Barber Broker, and veteran loan officer Brent Petersen for a relaxed, open conversation about homeownership. This is not a classroom lecture or high-pressure sales presentation. We’ll discuss real-life situations, answer questions, clear up common misconceptions, and help you better understand your possible next steps.
Whether you’re preparing to purchase your first home, considering another property, thinking about refinancing, planning to sell, or simply trying to learn more, you’re welcome. You don’t have to be ready to make a move today. Sometimes the best first step is simply beginning the conversation and creating a strategy.
Food will be provided, with wine, beer, and soft drinks available.
