Sam Hirschel is a certified pediatric sleep consultant and founder of Go To Bed Sleepyhead. She helps families navigate sleep challenges from infancy through early childhood. As both a sleep consultant and a mom, Sam understands how hard sleep can be for the entire family. She takes a personalized, practical, and supportive approach, helping parents understand their child's sleep needs, establish healthy sleep habits, and find solutions that work for their family.
