About this Event
Join Healing Her Confidence and Hue Darling Candle Co. for an intentional self-care experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find your calm before the demands of the holiday season. Through therapist-led nervous system education, gentle grounding exercises, and guided reflection, you'll explore practical ways to manage stress, support emotional balance, and move through the holidays with greater intention.
In addition to the wellness session, hosted byLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Desiree Robolt, settle into a sensory candle making experience where you'll create your own custom-scented candle, choosing a fragrance that reflects how you want to feel this season.
Your experience includes:
- Therapist-led nervous system education and grounding techniques.
- Guided reflection and mindfulness practices.
- A custom candle-making experience.
- A selection of commemorative candle labels.
- A welcoming space to unwind, create, and connect.
No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself and an openness to slowing down. Before you pour into everyone else this holiday season, take a little time to pour into yourself.
