Before you had words, you were handed a framework: for who to be, what to want, how to react.
From caregivers and schooling to social structures and cultural expectation, we inherit belief systems long before we can question them. They become the invisible architecture behind our choices. The Hidden Framework is an in-person workshop that makes that architecture visible, so it stops running you unseen.
Is this for you?
- You snap, shrink or over-give on cue, and afterwards can't quite explain why.
- You chase goals measured against a yardstick you were handed, not one you chose.
- The same arguments and loops keep repeating with different people.
How the session works
A guided, structured self-inquiry. Not therapy, not a lecture. Three movements:
- See it forming: how a framework gets built through caregivers, schooling, social structures and culture.
- See who it belongs to: separate the rules you were given from the ones you would actually choose.
- See what's possible: not a fix, a choice. A different next move inside an old pattern, made with your eyes open.
