Welcome to The Hearth ~ a somatic & energetic ceremony bringing together embodied practice, Spinal Energetics, cacao, energy work and sound.
A space to gather in community, reconnect with the body, and make room for whatever you may be arriving with.
What is Spinal Energetics and what to expect..
Spinal Energetics is a somatic and nervous system based modality developed by Dr Sarah Jane Perri, bringing together Eastern and Western principles to work with the spine, nervous system and energetic field.
Through light or no touch, I work alongside your system, listening and responding to what arises. You may experience spontaneous movement, changes in breath, emotion, sound, stillness, or more subtle shifts within.
Each experience is unique, and there is no expectation for what your experience should look or feel like.
This space may be for you if..

✧ You want to reconnect with your body and nervous system in a supported way
✧ You feel drawn to ritual, ceremony and the importance of gathering together

✧ You are curious about Spinal Energetics and experiencing it within a small, intimate group.
How The Hearth flows..
We'll begin by gathering in circle, opening the space together and taking time to arrive into the body and the room. Ceremonial cacao will be offered as part of our opening. Cacao is completely optional.
From there, we'll move into a short embodied practice before taking a small pause and settling into group Spinal Energetics.
As the Spinal session comes to a close, there will be space for rest, integration and gentle energy work, followed by a grounding sound immersion.
We'll then gather together once more, with space to share if you wish, before bringing The Hearth to a close.
A bit about us..
Kayleigh
My work brings together Spinal Energetics, embodied practice and intuitive energy work, with a deep trust in the body's own wisdom. I'm drawn to the relationship between our inner world, our bodies and the world around us, and to the place of ritual and ceremony within that.
My approach is grounded in presence and care, creating supportive conditions for your own process to unfold at its own pace.

Talina
My practices feature intutive energy healing, vibrational sound, and plant medicines that are deeply rooted in the Earth, her cycles, and the elements.
As they weave together, I sit at the centre of these modalities, pulling each thread together to form a layered, multidimensional energetic container.
Driven by a deep fascination for the body's innate ability for inner expansion and the intentional weaving of drinking Cacao, Reiki, and Sound, here is a space where you can securely land.

Together
We both hold a deep sensitivity to the inner world and to things in life that aren't always easy to put into words. We share a love for ritual and ceremony, and a belief in the importance of community and having places where we can be with what we are moving through, in the presence of others.
The Hearth has been created from that shared love, a place to gather around something deeper, to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us, and to honour the seasons and transitions of being human, together.

Spinal Energetics
This event may NOT be suitable for..
Pregnanacy (especially during the first trimester)
Anyone under the age of 16 years old
Individuals currently experiencing severe PTSD, psychosis, schizophrenia, or on strong psychiatric medications.
Epilepsy, seizures, aneurysms, heart conditions, or severe asthma
Recent surgeries, injuries, or fractures.
Those recently hospitalised for psychiatric or emotional reasons (within the past 3 years).
Ceremonial Cacao
~ Prescription Medic*tion: Specifically SSRIs, MAOIs, or daily mood-support medications. Cacao contains natural MAO inhibitors and Tryptophan which can interact with these medications.
~Heart Conditions: Cardiovascular disease, history of arrhythmias, palpitations or pacemakers. Theobromine raises heart rate and acts as a vasodilator widening the arteries, particularly around the Heart.
~Blood Pressure: Low blood pressure (hypotension) or severe high blood pressure. Cacao can lower blood pressure unpredictably.
~Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Due to the strong stimulating effects of high doses on the developing nervous system of the baby.
~Severe Acid Reflux: GERD or active stomach ulcers, as cacao increases stomach acid and delays digestion causing reflux symptoms.
~Stimulant Sensitivity: Extreme intolerance to caffeine or other stimulants. Can be unsettling and activating to the nervous system.
It is advised that anyone attending with any of these conditions or any concerns please contact us to discuss further.

If for any reason the event needs to be cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund. If the event needs to be rescheduled, you will be contacted directly with further information and options.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event. If you would prefer not to be included, you are very welcome to let us know beforehand or on the day.
