October’s Sacred Saturday is an invitation to return to that remembrance.
We’ll gather in ceremony with cacao, journey, sound, frequency and moxa, allowing the heart to become the center of the experience.
To feel what is already alive within you.
To expand your capacity to receive.
To let love, joy, tenderness, beauty and connection move more freely through the body.
To experience the heart as something living — something that communicates, recognizes, responds and remembers.
