In this workshop, we will explore this inner landscape through the traditional tools of Yoga:
Āsana — awakening and preparing the body
Prāṇāyāma — refining and directing pranic energy
Mantra — working with vibration and awareness
Fire Rituals — transformation, offering and purification
Meditation — turning awareness inward
Advanced Yoga Nidra — entering the deeper layers of the psyche and consciousness
This is not a workshop about forcing an experience.
It is an invitation to prepare, listen, surrender and receive.
