About this Event
Are you caught in an addiction relapse cycle, and feel ready to heal the root issues that fuel your addiction?
Join us for The Heart of Addiction Daylong Immersion. Led by meditation teacher George Haas, this daylong brings together attachment repair, G. Allan Marlatt’s work on relapse prevention, and Buddhist meditation to address addiction at its root and support long-term recovery.
You’ll learn practical tools and a meditation approach for easing craving, stabilizing emotions like anger, shame and depression, and building collaborative relationships so that connection feels safer than isolation.
This program is for adults in recovery or struggling with addiction (including those in 12-step or other programs) who are abstinent or pursuing harm reduction, and who are ready to move beyond “just staying sober” into healing the attachment patterns that drive relapse and chronic disconnection.
