About this Event
Heal. Set Boundaries. Love Better. Connect Deeper.
Before we can create healthier connections with others, we have to take a closer look at the connection we have with ourselves.
The Healthy Connections Experience™: Becoming Her is an intimate and interactive experience created for women who are ready to pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and become more intentional about the relationships they allow into their lives.
This isn't about having everything figured out.
It's about having real conversations about who we are, what we've experienced, what we're carrying, what we need to let go of, and what healthier relationships can look like moving forward.
Together, we'll walk through The Healthy Connections Method™:
SELF-DISCOVERY → HEALING → BOUNDARIES → FRIENDSHIP → HEALTHY LOVE → MAINTAINING HEALTHY CONNECTIONS
What We'll Talk About
SELF-DISCOVERY
Before we talk about anyone else, we're starting with you.
Who are you in this season of your life? What do you value? What do you need? What patterns continue showing up in your relationships?
We'll take an honest look inward before looking outward.
HEALING
Sometimes we carry experiences from one relationship into the next without realizing it.
We'll talk about recognizing what you're still carrying, what you've learned from past experiences, and what you may need to release so your past doesn't continue making decisions for your future.
BOUNDARIES
Boundaries aren't about shutting people out. They're about being clear about what you need, what you will accept, and what you will no longer compromise.
We'll talk about standards, boundaries, communication, saying no, and protecting your peace without feeling guilty about it.
FRIENDSHIP
Who has access to you and why?
We'll have a real conversation about adult female friendships, reciprocity, loyalty, jealousy, outgrowing relationships, finding your tribe, and understanding that history alone doesn't always make a relationship healthy.
HEALTHY LOVE
Healthy love isn't just about finding the “right” person.
We'll talk about recognizing consistency, emotional safety, compatibility, communication, red flags, green flags, and maintaining your identity while loving someone else.
MAINTAINING HEALTHY CONNECTIONS
Finding good people is one thing. Keeping healthy relationships healthy requires intention.
We'll discuss communication, accountability, forgiveness, conflict, checking in, showing up for one another, and continuing to grow together.
This Experience Is For You If...
You are entering a new season of your life.
You've realized some of your relationships no longer fit the woman you're becoming.
You're learning how to set boundaries without feeling guilty.
You want deeper, healthier friendships with other women.
You're dating, married, single, divorced—or simply trying to understand what healthy love looks like for you.
You've spent a lot of time showing up for everyone else and are ready to reconnect with yourself.
Or maybe nothing is “wrong.”
You simply want to become more intentional about the people you love, the relationships you build, and the woman you're becoming.
You don't have to be broken to want better.
What To Expect
This will not be two hours of sitting quietly while someone talks at you.
Come ready to participate, reflect, laugh, connect, and have some real conversations.
Your experience will include:
The Healthy Connections Method™ guided workshop
Interactive self-reflection exercises
The Healthy Connections Workbook
Small-group and community conversations
Practical boundary and relationship exercises
Light refreshments
An opportunity to connect with other women
And most importantly, a space to simply be a woman among women.
Your Healthy Connections Workbook
Every guest will receive a guided workbook designed to help you take what we discuss beyond the room.
You'll explore questions like:
Who am I becoming?
What relationship patterns keep showing up in my life?
What am I still carrying?
What are my non-negotiables?
Who currently has access to me and have they earned that access?
What does healthy friendship look like to me?
What does healthy love feel like?
What do I need to do differently to create healthier connections?
You'll leave with your own Healthy Connections Commitment—a personal commitment to how you want to show up for yourself and the people you choose to have in your life.
