Please join me for my monthly Friday evening offering of The Healing Voice Sound Bath. Simply lay your head down for this sound session which invites deep relaxation and restoration of the para-sympathetic nervous system into a state of balance. Utilising the tools of guided meditation, song, vocal toning and percussion, these sessions invite participants to come into a deeper connection with self and compassionate witnessing of our inner landscape as you are bathed in the healing properties of the human voice. Doors open at 6: 45 pm for a 7 pm start, ending at 8 pm.
The Avalon Community Centre King Street Glastonbury.
£10 drop in but please DM or comment below to reserve your space as numbers are limited due to space. Cushions and some bolsters are available but bring something to lie down on to be comfortable if possible. Families welcome. DM for more info:
